Bi-National Transportation Center, Inc. (BTC) was founded in April 2001 by a group of international business consultants and process agents in response to a need noted within the transportation industry.

Until that date, no centralized source of information concerning the requirements of the transportation industry existed. Transportation businessmen had to go to a number of different sources for their information, and many times the information conflicted with others or did not reflect what actually occurred in the field. This resulted in significant losses of time, money and in many cases, customers. The consultants who formed BTC have years of experience in the transportation field and have heard and dealt with many horror stories of people who honestly tried to do the best they could with the information they were able to obtain only to face off with some inconvenience later for not having done what was "right". Some businessmen were actually forced out of business because their trucks were confiscated, huge fines were imposed, their drivers detained, and the owners faced criminal charges because they were not in complete compliance with the law, or they committed some sort of error in their documentation.

BTC was formed in the hopes of significantly reducing these issues. We are heartily backed by both State and Federal authorities in various countries as an agency whose time has come.
